The Story
Obe is the owner of Green Minifridge LLC. She facilitates sessions where participants write vows of unconditional self love, and make a vow keepsake called an AVOWCADO™ (avocado-inspired poster board for vows).
This all started from one of her regular journal entries when she was considering how she wanted to show up for herself, so she started writing vows to herself.
She began with the traditional marriage vows, and added to the list every time she thought of a new promise she wanted to make to herself.
She would refer to those vows when she was making difficult decisions, and when she needed validation.
She’s found so much value in doing so, that she wants to share the experience with others.
FAQ
How soon before the event should the intake form be completed?
Ideally, we should be contacted at least 2 weeks before your event. Events less than 2 weeks away are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a limit on the number of people in a session?
We prepare for a maximum of 25 people per session. Larger sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How many consultations are included?
We need at least 2 consultations. One initial consultation, and another one during the week before the event. We will keep open lines of communication between the two consultations.
What are the associated costs?
Costs are based on the event size, and will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Vow keepsake material is mailed to your address (US states only) prior to the session.
