Obe is the owner of Green Minifridge LLC. She facilitates DIY sessions where participants write vows of unconditional self love, and make a vow keepsake called an AVOWCADO™ (avocado-inspired poster board for vows).
This all started from one of her regular journal entries when she was considering how she wanted to show up for herself, so she started writing vows to herself.
She began with the traditional marriage vows, and added to the list every time she thought of a new promise she wanted to make to herself.
She would refer to those vows when she was making difficult decisions, and when she needed validation.
She’s found so much value in doing so, that she wants to share the experience with others.
